You can be as involved as you like! We can offer:
- We have recently incorporated security cameras to monitor your build from start to finish. Not only does this give you peace of mind but you will also have private access to the live footage day or night. This way anytime you're feeling inquisitive, no need to drive by, you can see what's happening without even leaving your office!
- Fortnightly visits - Our builders will create fortnightly reports to keep you updated on what's happened, what is currently happening and what is to come in the following 2 weeks. This way you get to keep your finger on the pulse and prevents you missing out on any last minute changes you wish to make.
- We also have our very own professional drone to provide you with an impressive array of images to document the build from start to finish.

PROCESS EXPLAINED IN MORE DETAIL
To design and build your own home is a construction delivery method that provides the homeowner with a single point of contact for both the design and construction of the project.
Design - Phase One
We are happy to work with the plans you have already had drawn up by an architect of your choice.
Alternatively we can connect you with one of our trusted architects or you may select from our selection of pre-drawn plans with minor adjustments to be made if need be. Our architect will work with you one on one, in what is typically a 6 week process, to ensure you are happy with the functionality and design of your home.
Once plans are complete and in Council we move on to phase two.
Construction - Phase Two
Upon receiving approval from council we should already have an estimated start date in place in order to ensure that we have our team ready to get started as soon as possible.
It is very difficult to estimate the length of any build as there are many external factors that can set you back or even speed up the project. We will provide you with an estimated end date but keep in mind this is subject to change. That is why throughout this phase we maintain regular meetings to keep you updated on the progress.
