Emphasis Homes was created to provide a seamless, cohesive building process for clients who dream of designing and building their own home.

We have developed a unique design and build process that minimises the stress and makes the whole process more enjoyable. Designing a house from scratch can be daunting and overwhelming. We guide you through this process to minimise that stress and ensure the best construction methods are applied to the design. This is achieved through our collaboration between the design & build teams.

Often a new build is carried out by a project management team, with builders that are working on multiple projects splitting their time on a number of sites and different companies. This can cause delays and disrupt the build.

Emphasis Homes builders work exclusively for us, along with our own civil and foundation teams. 

You will have a Design and Build Consultant who will be with you for the duration of the project. Working with both our trusted Architectural Designer and lead Builder to get real time construction advice throughout the process.

This approach ensures any construction limitations and potential obstacles are considered and resolved wherever possible.  This means you can focus all your attention on designing a home with an aesthetic and function that works for you and your family.
