Emphasis construction has a combined experience of over 30 years in construction and business. Emphasis is truly unique as each of its three directors bring their own expertise to provide the perfect balance.
Derek Baldwin, the Entrepreneur, with over 30 years of experience in business. Rob Van Wagoner, the Licensed Building Practitioner with an amazing eye for detail and craftsmanship. Ben Littler the head Project Manager who manages each project as if it were his own. And Tayla Baldwin managing the entire design process for each project to ensure you get the best out of every dollar spent. Rob and Ben met Derek in an unusual way, as they were contracted to build his own home. After Derek witnessed the craftsmanship, eye for detail and customer care that was carried out by these two and their team, on a daily basis, Derek was sold. The rest is history.
Emphasis Construction Ltd was then expanded to not only provide contract work to its existing clientele, but also Design and Build Packages and Renovations for anyone wanting the best out of their build.
